Taking a pension loan from the government

Question

I had met with an accident and I'm at home completely. My mother is a pensioner and my brother too is living along with his kids. We have no savings with us. We got a loan on pension. Can I take the money for my angiography as I cannot work and no one to help me for this treatment?

Answer

If the government is giving you this money as a loan and there are no impermissible elements or clauses attached to it (e.g. riba), then it will be permissible for you to accept it and use it for your treatment.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
