Iddat ke bad larki koi aur se shaadi kar le

Question

اگر کوئ مرد اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دے دے اور پھر اسے علیحدہ نہ رکھے اور سب سے جھوٹ بولے کہ اسنے کوئ طلاق نہیں دی ۔ اور لڑکی اس بات کو قبول کرلے کہ گویا اسکے شوہر نے اسے طلاق دی ہے اور وہ لڑکی کسی اور سے نکاح کرلے تو کیا یہ نکاح جائز ہے ۔

Answer

Agar showhar ne beewee ko talaaq dedi, aur iddat ke dowraan rujoo nahi kiya aur us ko waapas nahi liya, to iddat khatam hone ke bad beewee ke liye jaa'iz hoga ke wo doosre se shadi kare.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
