Leaving out the sunnah acts in salaah
Question
Are the sunnah acts within prayer (like dhikr) considered "emphasized sunnahs" so if you routinely not perform them, then it's sinful?
Answer
Yes, it is sunnah-e-muakkadah to recite the tasbeehaat during the salaah. One can recite it three times or more. If one makes a habit of always leaving it out entirely, then one will be sinful.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Where scholars differ, it’s safer to take the more cautious view.
