Question

If s person is not a Haafidh or Aalim, can he read the jummah khutbah (he done alot of juz and can read Arabic).

Answer

It is best that someone who knows deen gives the pre-jumuah bayaan. If the non-hafiz is acquainted with the laws of the khutbah and salaah then he could do it.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
