Could you please explain the defenition of waqf? What are the rights of the waaqif?
Answer
A property that is dedicated to Allah Ta`ala forever.
Among the rights is that he has the rights of being the mutawalli over the waqf and if he has added any other conditions, then generally the conditions are also acceptable as long as they are not against the hukm of the waqf.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
