Question

Shia hazrat zakat q nahi daty?

Answer

Musalmaan zakat ada karta he kyonke zakaat musalmaano ka qanoon he. Jo ghair Muslim he, wo zakaat ada nahi karta he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
