Biwi ku kehna "tu mujh par haram hai"

Question

Gusse main biwi ko yeh keh dena ke "tu mujh per haram hai" talaaq ho jaati hai? Kuch din pehley mera biwi se jhagra hua aur gusse main main sirf usse darane keliye kaha bas tu mujh per haram hai, to uski kahin se fatwa leke agai ke eik talak ho gaya hai aur wo beti ko ghar leke chale gaye, meharbani farma kar quran aur sunnat ko rou se mere is masle ka hul batayein.

Answer

Talaaq to waaqi ho chuka.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
