Question

In a partnership where the profit-sharing ratio is different to the capital ratios, what is the ruling when new machinery is acquired?

Answer

If the new machinery is purchased from the wealth of the partnership, then the new machinery will be owned by the partners in proportion to their capital investment.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
