Kiya "main ne tumhen nahi rakhnaa" se talaaq hogi?

Question

1. Agar shohar wife se kahay k "main ne tumhen nahi rakhnaa" tu kia es mai talaq waqay honay k liye niyyat ko dekha jai ga ya es se kuch bhe nahi ho ga.

2. Agar biwi kahay k mujhe talaq do aur shohar agay se kahay "theek hai" to kia hukam ho ga.

Answer

1. Us se kuch nahi hoga.

2. Us se talaaq nahi hogi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
