Question

Talaaq yafta larki apne hum palla kufu me reh kar wali ki ijaazat ke beghair nikaah kar sakti he?

Answer

Wo apni maa baap ke beghair har giz nikaah na kare. Is tarah chupke se nikaah karna bari be-hayaai ki baat he aur sunnat ke kilaaf he.
