Question

Is it permissible for a woman in her menses to stand outside the Musjid in Madinah Munawarah near the green dome within the gates (in the courtyard)?

Answer

As long as it is outside the musjid, it is permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
