Question

The imaam in the Fajr Salaah recited Qunoote Naazilah. During the Qunoot, he read the following in error: ولا يضل من عاديت

Will the salaah be valid in such a situation or will it break?

Answer

This is a major mistake which invalidates the salaah. Hence, the salaah will have to be repeated.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
