Not Staying in Mina on the 8th

Question

If a person did not stay in Mina at all on the 8th of Zul Hijjah, will damm become waajib on him?

Answer

If a person did not stay in Mina without a valid reason, then this will be makrooh as he has opposed the sunnah. However, no damm or penalty will be compulsory upon him.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
