Suspending the talaaq upon the wife going outside
Question
If a husband said to his wife that if you go outside then you are free from my side or the marriage. What does it mean? I the wife goes outside then is she automatically free from husband or the marriage?
Answer
If he suspended the talaaq upon her going outside and she went outside, the talaaq will take place.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
