Question

Is horse meat and horse milk allowed in Islam or is it makrooh?

Can I marry a man who eats horse meat because it's their culture but he is a Muslim because in their country all Muslims eat horse meat.

Answer

It is makrooh to eat horse meat and drink horse milk. However, marrying a person who eats horse meat is permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
