Question

I wish to purchase a second hand vehicle from a dealer. All vehicles are sold with warranty. Vehicle is selling for 100k. However, it is mentioned that the price of the vehicle is R85000 and the price of the warranty is R15000 but the vehicle cannot be purchased without the warranty. Will such a purchase be permissible?

Answer

They may structure the price as they want. However, this is the total price you are paying them. Hence, it is permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
